Conference registration

Conference Registration is intended for participants attending the main ISIT 2027 technical program.

Conference Registration includes:

• admission to all plenary talks and the Shannon Lecture;
• admission to all regular technical sessions;
• admission to Recent Results presentations;
• admission to IEEE Information Theory Society events open to registered participants;
• access to the electronic conference proceedings;
• conference materials and an ISIT 2027 badge;
• coffee breaks during the main conference;
• one ticket for the Welcome Reception;
• one ticket for the Awards Reception;
• one ticket for the Conference Banquet.

Tutorials and Workshops are not included in Conference Registration and require a separate registration, visit Tutorial and Workshop Registration pages.

Reduced-rate registrations provide the same participant access to the conference activities listed above. However, reduced-rate registrations do not cover the publication of an accepted regular ISIT paper unless expressly stated otherwise in the Author Registration Policy.

All fees are listed in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

Author Registration Policy for Regular ISIT Papers

At least one author of each accepted regular ISIT paper must complete and pay for a Full Rate Conference Registration by the author registration deadline.

The following policy applies:

• a Full Rate Conference Registration may cover up to three accepted regular ISIT papers in which the registrant appears in the author list;
• the registration must be correctly associated with each covered paper in the conference submission system;
• student and other reduced-rate registrations cannot be used to cover an accepted regular ISIT paper;
• the author completing the Full Rate registration must be listed as an author of every paper covered by that registration; and
• papers exceeding the permitted number covered by one registration require an additional Full Rate Conference Registration.

At least one author of each accepted paper must also present the paper on site and in person in accordance with the ISIT 2027 Paper Presentation Guidelines.

An accepted paper will not be included in the final technical program or submitted for publication unless the required registration, final manuscript, and IEEE Electronic Copyright Form have been completed by the applicable deadlines.
