About ISIT 2027
Welcome to the 2027 IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory (ISIT 2027) that will take place from June 27 to July 2, 2027, in Sorrento, Italy. This will be the second time ISIT is held in Sorrento and we anticipate it will be as successful and stimulating as it was in 2000.
ISIT is a premier international conference series known for attracting top students, professors, researchers, and practitioners to one of the world's most comprehensive technical symposia focused on theory and applications of Information Theory. Special Initiatives for 2027
The Future Research Consortium (FRC)
Making young researchers interact with both industry and academic experts is an important issue to address at a conference. However, young colleagues are often shy or intimidated, and they miss the opportunity to discuss their ideas with people who know how to move in the research field. The FRC represents a structured moment of discussion reserved for young people and a group of selected experts who spend time discussing ongoing PhD projects and ideas.

The Research Career Panel (RCP)
