Conference Facilities
The main conference activities will take place at the Hilton Sorrento Palace Congress Center. The hotel offers dedicated indoor and outdoor event spaces, including auditoriums and exhibition areas suitable for plenary sessions, technical sessions, poster sessions, coffee breaks, and conference events.

Parking is available at the Hilton Sorrento Palace. Participants planning to arrive by car should check current fees and availability directly with the hotel before travelling.
Accessibility
The Hilton Sorrento Palace is located uphill from the centre of Sorrento. Participants arriving at Sorrento train/bus station may reach the hotel by taxi or on foot.
Walking from the station to the hotel is possible, but the route is uphill and may not be convenient for participants with luggage or reduced mobility. Taxis are available at Sorrento station and in the town centre.
